Undergraduate courses
Graduates obtain the degree of Bachelor of Science in Sport and acquire general, interdisciplinary knowledge of social sciences, biology and economics; they are also equipped with the ability to implement it in professional and social life in line with ethical guidelines. Their qualifications may be used to devise, control and conduct the whole training process of an athlete and manage sports organisations. Interdisciplinary knowledge and specialist competence (e.g. second-class coaching licence in a chosen discipline or sports manager qualifications obtained according to the conditions specified by the Ministry of Sport) enable Sport graduates to actively participate in creating jobs in sports, as well as find employment in social and public sports institutions (sports clubs, organisations, unions and societies). They may seek employment at schools after completing additional teacher training courses, as stipulated by the teacher education standards (teacher training course or physical education teacher specialisation in physical education). They can also continue their education taking postgraduate courses in Sport.
